About Us
Stockton Downtown Comeback Club (DCC)
Brief History and Description
Stockton Downtown Comeback (DCC) - Citizens meeting to discuss the condition, perception, and vitality of the historic downtown Central Business District (CBD) and Yosemite Street. DCC created in 1996 by Stockton developer Dan Cort to promote awareness of - and favorable policies toward - the revitalization of Downtown Stockton.
Our Story
DCC meets every Thursday morning, year-round (except for major holidays such as Thanksgiving) from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. We are now meeting in our 25th Year!

DCC Meetings rotate location every month to a different downtown restaurant or venue to promote and support downtown businesses. DCC has no membership, no attendance, funds, dues, fees, fines, rituals, or celebrations. You may arrive late, leave early and there is no obligation to order food or beverages, and no RSVP required.

DCC’s strong advocacy for Downtown Stockton in the 1990’s lead directly to the formation of the Downtown Stockton Alliance. Influential and everyday Stocktonians attend meetings on a regular basis.
